11:00 AM – CrossFit for Teens: Strength, endurance, and mobility workouts for teens (13–17). Focus on technique, safe progression, and teamwork.
12:00 PM – Jiu-Jitsu for Kids: Playful and technical classes for children (5–12). Focus on coordination, basic self-defense, and respect.
1:00 PM – Kickboxing for Kids: Fundamentals of striking, coordination, and cardio for children (6–12). Safe drills, control, and confidence.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch each session.

Children and teens attend 2–3 group classes per week, divided by age. Each session blends functional movements, agility drills, strength-building activities, and games that keep things fresh, fun, and engaging.

Your child will join a regular class based on their age group, where they’ll be introduced to fun games, basic movement skills, and simple fitness activities in a supportive group setting.
They’ll get to meet our friendly coaches, connect with other kids, and most importantly—have a great time while exploring movement and confidence-building in a safe environment.
Not much! Just make sure your child wears comfortable clothes, closed shoes, and brings a water bottle. We’ll take care of everything else. There’s no need to prepare your child to “perform” or meet any expectations—we’re here to help them feel welcome and enjoy themselves.
That’s exactly why this trial is a great idea. Our classes are designed for kids of all personalities and fitness levels.
Whether your child is full of energy or a little hesitant, our coaches will make sure they feel seen, supported, and never pushed beyond their comfort zone. It’s all about building confidence through positive experiences.
After the class, we’ll take a few minutes to chat with you and your child to hear how it went, answer any questions, and explain how the program works moving forward. If your child enjoyed the session and you feel it’s a good fit, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to join.
